Common questions

Quick answers about booking, ID, travel, and online notarization.

How does booking work?

Use the request form, tell me what you need, and I'll reply with the next step. Signing at my home office is usually the fastest and lowest-fee option — often same-day. Travel needs advance planning.

What ID do I need?

Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer (and every witness). Names on IDs should match the documents.

Where do you travel?

My home office is in Summerwood (Lake Houston, ZIP 77044). I travel across NE Houston and HKA (Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood) — plus Fall Creek, Eagle Springs, Walden, Lakeshore, Bridges, Waters Edge, Generation Park, the IAH / George Bush Intercontinental area, and nearby — with advance planning. Travel fees are based on distance from 77044. See Fees for published rates, or request a quote on the form.

Can you notarize online or virtually?

Yes — virtual notary / online notary / remote online notarization (RON) when the document and recipient allow it. Same thing people mean by webcam notary. On the request form, choose Online under Where. Wills, codicils, and testamentary trusts generally must be signed in person in Texas.

Can Veronica choose which kind of notarization I need?

No. I'm a notary, not an attorney. I can't pick the notarial wording or decide which certificate a document needs. If you're not sure, ask the person, agency, or attorney who gave you the document.

Do you travel to hospitals and assisted living?

Yes — with advance planning. Hospital, hospice, and assisted living visits need timing and access lined up first. For the lowest fee and best availability, come to my home office.
